She is also a Notary Public and provides legal document services to attorneys and clients. 


Having spent many years in corporate real estate for a large healthcare company gave Dahlia extensive experience with contract management, real estate compliance, managing capital projects and negotiating with developers, architects, and other vendors. Her law degree and strong negotiation skills have helped her achieve success in all areas of her career. With over 26 years of experience under her belt, she is a valuable resource for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Franklin has always had a passion for helping others succeed and achieve their goals. This is evident in his past community volunteer work, where he has taught financial education and access to capital workshops to nonprofit organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area such as JobTrain, Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center & Accion Opportunity Fund. In addition, Franklin has volunteered with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland (BGCO), where he was a BGCO Kid Club member as a youth in the bay area.
